General Information Synergy makes every effort to provide you with the best service possible and best value for your budget. We put out customers first and value that relationship. Our service to you will be pleasant and reliable.
ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS
Imprinted Artwork: We recommend all that artwork used for imprinting be submitted in eps format for version CS4 or lower. Text must be converted to outlines or in vector form. The inclusion of PMS colors are highly recommended. This provides superior reproduction quality, allows the image to be re-sized without loss of sharpness or detail, and affirms that colors and tones are accurate.
Embroidery artwork: We recommend that any artwork used for embroidery is submitted in eps format for CS4 or lower with fonts converted to outlines or in vector form. Other acceptable formats include ai, psd, or high resolution tiff, jpeg, pdf, or gif.
Artwork Modification: Synergy has two in house graphic designers who can help with any necessary artwork modifications to make sure your logo looks just right.
DECORATING METHODS
Synergy works with a variety of imprinting and decorating processes which is strictly dependent upon the product being decorated. Below is a description of some of our most popular decorating techniques.
Color Print: Color print methods are great for both single and multi-colored logos and include silkscreen, pad-print, foil stamp, multi-color and four-color process heat transfers.
Laser Engraving: Laser engraving gives your artwork a clean, polished appearance by precisely etching the artwork into the material's surface.
Debossing: Also referred to as blind deboss, this is created by using a die and heat-pressing the artwork into the material's surface leaving behind a clean, crisp logo you can see and feel. Ideal on leather, synthetic leather, rubber, and paperboard products.
Epoxy Domes: To add dimension and shine to your logo, place it under a clear, high-gloss polyurethane dome. It's a sure proof way to incorporate 4-color process logos.
Embroidery: A traditional method of decorating fabric by stitching the artwork with needle and thread. A great way to logo corporate and team apparel, hats, backpacks, and tote bags. See our embroidery showroom for examples.
Screen Print A common process using an ink-blocking stencil and color to imprint a logo onto fabric. Commonly used on tote bags and sports apparel.
ORDER QUANTITIES
Over/Under Runs: We reserve the right to ship plus or minus 5% of the quantity ordered and invoice accordingly.
Order Minimums: Imprinted orders may be subject to minimum quantities. Less than minim orders may incur a LTM charge and cannot be ordered in quantities lower than the absolute minimum which is dependent upon the product being decorated.
PROOF APPROVAL
Synergy requires that all decorated orders include a digital proof for approval prior to production. Digital proofs include imprinted product information as well as imprint area, dimension, and colors. Production proofs are available by request and will incur additional charges and lead time. Order production will not begin without proof approval. Synergy is not responsible if delays in receiving artwork approval or changes to artwork result in extended lead time.
SAMPLES
Synergy is happy to provide you with samples of any product prior to placing our order. We recommend samples for apparel orders prior to ordering to confirm fabric type and sizing. Charges for samples are contingent upon product, quantity, and shipping method.
